Returns:

  • We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at paitakulma@paitakulma.fi within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be issued for products that are damaged or defective.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, if approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges will be handled in the case of damaged or defective products. If you need to exchange a damaged item, please contact us at paitakulma@paitakulma.fi.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized products, digital downloads, and services cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products:
